PULiiMA 2023 Wrap Up tells the story of the amaazing gathering which happened on Larrakia country in Australia's far north, it is a place which still clashes with the impacts of the modern western world and the traditional ways of living and caring for not only Larrakia people and country but for the many nations of the Top End of Australia. It sets an idfeal location for us to shine the spotlight on this land, on Australia and more importantly the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island languages and people of this island and for the many Indigenous, Native and First Nations people from all around the world which come and gather to share story and share the struggle and successes which we all face and experience in keeping our languages alive and thriving.
